• Greeting customers as they arrive and leave golf vicinity. • Assist and help guest in parking cars, carrying their golf clubs and provide assistance on golfers needs. • Escort guest to Counter area for Registration. • Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the golf range area. • Assist in the closing of all operational facilities. • Assist in training new staff according company standards. • Assist service counter staff with day-to-day operations. • Report any lost and found items to the service counter area. • Assist in enforcing facility rules and regulations regarding parking, equipment and golf facility usage. • Performs any other duties as and when necessary or directed by the Operations Manager or Supervisor. • Performs range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bags stand. • Maintain ball inventory over the course of the day. • Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
Assist Manager of IT Digital Risk Management and OFM to develop, update IT & Digital Risk Management policy. Assess risk related to new/change system before launching. Suggest any recommendation or solutions for IT and digital risk mitigation. Involve with UAT testing with relevant team or project team, involve with DRP Testing. Assist Manager to prepare monthly/quarterly report of OFM to EXCOM/ALRMC, Group and BOD. Assist senior manager of IT digital risk management and OFM to build IT risk culture. Assist operational risk and fraud management unit to develop system and report to implement in OFM. Coordinate of BCP testing by annually with critical function and Operational risk team. Perform additional tasks and any duties as required by Head of Operational Risk, Fraud Management Department. Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

Interact and communicate with users and stakeholders to collect business requirements. Analyze and prepare functional and technical specification document as per business requirements. Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to developer team to develop application both front-end and back-end. Work with technical team to produce functional and technical specifications including System Architecture, Data Structure, Process Flow, Data Flow, Network Diagram, UX/UI, and Security Compliancy, etc. Coordinate between Business team and Developer team and monitor the project status as well as communicating on technical requirements. Document user stories or requirements for the software project, and maintain and update the product backlog. Identify the current and future-state business processes. Assist development team to make sure the development meets the quality standards and requirements. Prepare test case, perform automated and manual testing and record test progress. Communicate with internal teams as needed to provide feedback and updates on changes, challenges, and progress in the software testing process. Prepare and frequency release on development issues report and follow-up on the status of the issues. Collaborate with the development team to assess or diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions. Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.
