The Deputy Head is responsible for the Procurement, Cost and Contracts function. Implements and executes approved vendor list program through collaboration with the rest of the management team, ensuring compliance and corporate governance in the various procurement processes. Works closely with the Project Management and Construction Department and other relevant departments within the organization to play a key strategic and management role within the Organisation. Responsible for management of overall warehouse operation, monitors cost and effectively manages the sourcing of vendors, suppliers and contractors.He/She shall oversee and supervise the following Departments:i.
