Job description: The candidate who is attached with Key Opinion Leaders unit under the Business Development department is responsible for the sourcing, identification and selection of KOLs and onboard them using our Passionation platform Primary responsibilities: • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and industry thought leaders • Attend relevant events for networking and business relationships building • Source of influences and thought leaders through various social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube • Identify the capability and the potential of these influencers and their suitability to be onboarded as Passionation KOLs • Analyze the latest marketing trends in influencers management and how to leverage on these trends to improve the companies image • Liase with internal teams from other departments to plan, curate and coordinate marketing strategies to expand Passionation KOLs branding and its influencers • Relationship building with existing KOLs and assist them in any queries where possibe

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and support strategy for local supporter engagement that lays the ground work for future local fundraising and local resource generation.• Develop the planning of annual strategic and operation plan for marketing campaign.• Coordinating and execute strategic marketing campaigns and events.• Assist leveraging the new promotion tools, e.g. social media, new TV channels to achieve the business growth.• Build relationship with working partners and sponsors to support marketing campaign.• Supporting the in-house marketing and creative services team by coordinating and collating content.• Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.• Keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by other nonprofits and corporations.• Fostering strong relationships with potential local supporters and major donors.• Maintaining donor portfolios and manage CRM database.
