Customer service duties for a restaurant floor supervisor include taking complaint and greeting customer. Floor Supervisor are physically present on the restaurant floor to monitor the quality of the service and in order to ensure the restaurant complies with the local health and safety codes for eating establishments. Facilitate to perform the administrative duties, such as ordering inventory and supplies, tallying receipts, preparing deposits, and processing employee management. And floor supervisor will be performed any related duties and assignment as required.
