Main Purpose of Job:
Responsible to ensure smooth operations exists in assigned area, including: staffing, inventory, quality assurance and customer service.

• Identify, research and resolve client issues
• Ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably
• Responsible and maintaining high standards of food and service.
• Manage and train staff to make sure that all staff performs their tasks well
• Organize local marketing and other promotion

+ Chef :- To ensure that all mise-en-place in always freshly prepared and on time- To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity- To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented onthe prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner- To ensure that his section is being kept clean and tidy at all times.- To ensure the junior cooks and trainees receive the right training and optimum guidance- To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to thee sous chef or head chef.- To ensure the no horseplay is allowed in section and that all staff are treated fairly and with courtesy.- Arrive before the designated start of your shift so that you do not inconvenience other employees or disrupt theefficient operations of the kitchen.- To be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress- To attend training course and seminars as and when required. To strive to study management subjects inpreparation for future advancement + Restaurant Supervisor - Hold daily/weekly/ monthly department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the restaurant, reinforcing standards of excellence and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture.- Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the restaurant making sure they adhere the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, restaurant policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.- Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.- Act as manager on duty for the restaurant, dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.- Understanding how to handle stock and inventory.
