RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve customer and merchants’ complaints in the venue, as well as page for management assistance when needed/ necessary; Act as communicator between merchants and management, as well as complete incidents/complaint reports for the venue when needed / necessary; Assist in training for new merchants, as well as receive and review merchant operations schedule, location plotting, etc. Report any product and supply shortages to management immediately; Identifies current and future supply requirements of merchants by establishing rapport with potential and actual supply needs; Maintains operations by coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure having all drivers online in areas we set; Train, or guide new and existing drivers on policy, app, new promotion and other info; Ensure that all drivers are well trained and understand our app; Effectively control and lead operation and call center team; Develop planning of recruiting new drivers with sales and marketing supervisor as well as creating strategies to retain them; Prepare budget plan for operational expense; Develop operational policy and internal policy to support the app operation; Maintain strong and vigorous relationship with all drivers, vendors and deal with day-to-day complaints/problems arising in accordance to the app’s Policy and Procedure; Ensure that the company property giving to drivers is well-maintained and in good condition; Monitor clients’ order and follow up the transaction every day; Ensure the app is working smooth by testing every day.

Provide hands-on involvement in driving social media projects Developing and monitoring an excellent online brand position on platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and website. Driving conversation on social media platforms & Customer Response management Design and develop content as needed.
