- Check in/check out guests- Make sure that the reception, the lobby and all common areas always looks welcoming and neat- Sell rooms, tickets and tours to maximize revenue- Process and register new reservations and bookings made by mail, phone or online - Speak and communicate in a nice and polite manner to all guests- Update guest reports- Keep the hotel safe and secure at evening time- Report regularly to our supervisor- Assist the supervisor and managers on various tasks
The candidate we are looking for must have:- Excellent English and Khmer skills, speaking and writing- At least 1 year experience from hotel reception/front desk or similar- Good computer skills- Must be able to work 4-6 night shifts a monthSalary: 165$ per month + bonusProbationary period: 1 monthWorking hours: 13.45pm - 22.15pmIncluded:- Staff food- 4 days off per month
