+RESPONSIBILITIES • Set up, maintain and develop company’s manpower based on policies relating to employee.• Build up a specific culture and image for the company, a law-abiding and effective working environment. • Be responsible for the assigned Projects.• Prepares PPD bases on Sales information, PCV and customer’s requirements then send to Engineering Head office to get quotation-estimate.• Updates PPD and PIF when having changes from customers or/ and Sales engineer/manager• After get LOI from Sales engineer, enter job by verifying and sending PPD and PIF to HO to get job-estimate and Approval Drawings (APD). Make sure put enough effort to get job-estimate and APD on time• Verify related information of jobs to provide to HO, to make sure that all information of job is clear• Check APD and send APD to sales in charge after getting it from HO• After getting Return Approval Drawings (RAP) from sales engineer, send it to HO for another working process Other General responsibilities.• To Assist Sales, in any or all Engineering related supports, that may require during the execution time of the Project, by coordinating with Engineering Department.• To ensure, all policies and procedures for entering jobs in the system are being strictly followed • Authority to refuse or accept any request from other concerned departments based on the policies and procedures+REQUIREMENTS • University degree in Construction/ Mechanical• At least 2 years experience in related work. • Good interpersonal & communication skills• Excellent Auto Cad and related software• Careful and accurate• Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence related to the work• Good communication in English.• Willingness to work under high pressure, overtime & at weekends.+BENEFITS & CONDITIONS • Working Time: 8:00 am～5:00 pm• Working Days: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri• Holiday: Sat (Half) / Sat (Full) / Sun / Legal holiday• Salary: $ 300 ～ $ 500
