Job Title: BODIA REGIONAL MANAGER (BRM)

Scope of work & Mission:
In 2022 both activities Bodia Spa & Bodia Cambodian Apothecary will meet the challenge to reborn from the COVID19 by supervising the reconstruction of the Bodia activities.

Functions & responsibilities:
1- Strategic & operational reconstruction
In coordination with Bodia Management board, the BRM will have to redefine and implement a new achievable business plan for bodia activities in Siem Reap.
BRM will supervise existing operational team in order to implement Marketing & communication strategies to achieve the business plan.
As the main representative of the brand in SR area, BRM shall settle or restart key partnerships (B2B or B2C) in order to achieve business plan and ensure the perennity of Bodia activities in the future.
2- Human Resources
By coordinating the recruitment with Spa manager and sales team, BRM shall coordinate the adequate recruitment and training planning of Bodia operational team members in order to respond to operation need and achieve business plan.
3- Project management
In coordination with Bodia management team in PP, the BRM shall be in charge of key strategic projects for the bodia activity.

 Hospitality management strong experience
 Perfect English speaking / writing / reading
 Excellent knowledge on Pack office, Quickbook
