 Execute market penetration via recruitment of new dealers for existing products.

Tactical task:
 Survey of Sales Representative route and optimization.

customers and feedback to direct line manager.

Stocks, cash and data handling
 Perform daily reconciliation with Operations team to ensure no products or cash is lost.
 Perform checking on any cash received to ensure no damage or counterfeit notes.
 Perform checking on any stocks or products to ensure no damage or expired stocks or
products.
 Perform sales key in data timely and accurately.
I. Attitude, Knowledge and Skills, Experience and Attitude
The minimum education, knowledge, skills & desired attitude required to perform this position
 Honest, hardworking and willing to learn traits.
 Supportive, positive thinking and teamwork traits.
 Able to travel and mobile nationwide.
 Minimum secondary education background.
 Minimum able to speak Khmer and English language fluently, other language proficiency will
be an advantage.
 Minimum able to write Khmer and English language proficiently, other language writing will
be an advantage.
 Knowledge of local area and familiar with the area.
 Knowledge of market needs and demand.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in sales functions and sales skills
 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
 Retail sales experience is an added advantage.
 Distribution experience is an added advantage.
