Department management:
 Plan and execute department business plans which are aligned with company’s objectives.
 Plan and execute department initiatives and ensure the success of each initiative.
 Plan and ensure department business plans and initiatives are aligned with other departments.
 Manage and ensure department is compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
 Manage and ensure department is operating with effectiveness and efficiency.
People management:
 Manage and ensure quality recruitment of department’s employee.
 Manage and ensure quality retainment of department’s employee.
 Manage and ensure department’s employee are properly train and retrain over time.
 Manage and ensure department’s employee are compliance to company policies and
procedures.
 Manage and ensure department’s employee feedback are recorded and reported to
management team.
Workforce enhancement
 Identify and propose training to enhance knowledge and skills based on department’s needs.
 Identify and propose career advancement plan for department’s talented employee.
 Identify and propose inter departmental movement for department’s talented employee.
 Plan and execute department’s succession plans.
 Plan and execute short term assignment to enhance department’s employee skills.
Market intelligence
 Propose action plans for competitor’s activities in the market.
 Propose action plans to ensure market demand is meet.
 Propose action plans to ensure market changes is handled.
Department reporting
 Prepare department performance report for top management on a monthly basis.
 Prepare department business plans, initiative progress report for top management on a
monthly basis.
 Manage and ensure department’s report is accurate and on time submission.
I. Attitude, Knowledge and Skills, Experience and Attitude
The minimum education, knowledge, skills & desired attitude required to perform this position
 Honest, hardworking and willing to learn traits.
 Supportive, positive thinking and teamwork traits.
 Able to travel and mobile nationwide.
 Minimum tertiary education in business administration or management.
 Minimum able to speak Khmer and English language fluently, other language proficiency will
be an advantage.
 Minimum able to write Khmer and English language proficiently, other language writing will
be an advantage.
 Extensive knowledge of local area and familiar with the area.
 Extensive knowledge of market needs and demand.
 Minimum 8 years of experience in sales functions and sales skills.
 Minimum 5 years of experience in management functions and management skills.
 Proficiently in using computers and Microsoft application skills.
 Good interpersonal, communication and guidance skills.
