***Sales and Servicing the key retailers and customers:
 Perform visitation to the company’s key retailers and customers following the assigned
routing on a monthly basis.
 Provide and share product knowledge with the key retailers and customers during visits.
 Provide and share promotions and event with the key retailers and customers during visits.
 Provide and merchandise the products to ensure good visibility for the products in key
retailer’s outlets.
 Provide and display point of sales material for the key retailers and customers during visits.
Network expansion and routing:
 Plan and enhance Sales Representative routing to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of their
route.
 Tag with Sales Representative to monitor and review the effectiveness and efficiency of the
route.
 Provide feedback to direct line manager on the capacity of the current Sales Representative
under their supervision.
Workforce enhancement
 Provide on job training for Sales Representative in using company’s sales tools.
 Provide on job training for Sales Representative in their selling skills and network expansion
skills.
 Perform scouting of potential candidates and talent within their designated area for potential
recruitment.
Market intelligence
 Observe and gather information on any competitor’s activities from their team and feedback
to direct line manager.
 Observe and gather information on market demand for any demand of new potential products
from their team and feedback to direct line manager.
 Observe and gather information on market changes and behavior changes of key retailers and
customers and feedback to direct line manager.

***Stocks, cash and data handling
 Perform daily reconciliation and ensure Sales Representative perform daily reconciliation
with Operations team to ensure no products or cash is lost.
 Perform checking and ensure Sales Representative perform checking on any cash received to
ensure no damage or counterfeit notes.
 Perform sales key in data and ensure Sales Representative key in data timely and accurately.
Sales reporting
 Prepare sales team performance and incentive for direct line manager and brief the Sales
Representative on a monthly basis.
 Prepare routing report on the effectiveness and efficiency on all Sales Representative under
their supervision on a monthly basis.
 Prepare sales team and market feedback report for their direct line manager on a monthly
basis.

The minimum education, knowledge, skills & desired attitude required to perform this position
 Honest, hardworking and willing to learn traits.
 Supportive, positive thinking and teamwork traits.
 Able to travel and mobile within designated area.
 Minimum secondary education background.
 Minimum able to speak Khmer and English language, other language proficiency will be an
advantage.
 Knowledge of local area and familiar with the area.
 Knowledge of market needs and demand.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in sales functions and sales skills.
 Minimum able to use computers and Microsoft application skills.
 Good interpersonal, communication and guidance skills.
