- Execute trade sales process from customer prospect till close deal;
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options;
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions;
- Develop and execute trade excitement programs for channel partners;
- Drive wholesale loyalty and retail activation programs;
- Understand shopper behaviour and develop strategies for productive conversion;
- Execute on ground customer activation programs (Road Shows/Van promotions) if any opportunity;
- Develop Sales promotional strategies basis market trends/counter competition, implementing marketing plans;
- Monitor competitors by marketing mix 4P and SWOT;
- Attend to all customers calls without leaving any missed calls and place the orders as confirmed by the customers;
- Give trade confirmation while placing orders as well as inundation of the order status once the order is placed;
- Cross-selling of any products, if assigned by the management at any time;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information;
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards;
- Achieve monthly targets;
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and maintain accurate records;
- Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager;
- Bachelor Degree in Trade or Sales or Marketing or related fields;
- 3 years or more years of trade or sales experienced;
- Good in Khmer & English and Chinese is an advantage;
- Willing to work outside office;
- Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Numerical skills;
- Strong relationships with customers;
- Must be experienced from selling to customers of food & beverage such as public markets, supermarket, mini mart, drink shop, pharmacy, event organise company, cosmetic salon, sports clubs, old-age people gather location (riverside);
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
- Internet, Email, Facebook, Telegram;
- Friendly, Polite, Maturity, Confidence, Perseverance, Patience;
- Very good at body language;
- Can work under pressure;
* Working Condition:
- Salary: fix $150, petrol & phone fee $50, sales commission 1% of total sales;
- Work time: Monday-Saturday (8AM-5PM);
