- Formulate action plans to increase Sale and profit
- Evaluate potential business deals and submit reports and recommendations to management.
- Visit and build strong relationship with government authorities, business groups, NGOs, corporate and individual customers.
- Well versed and experienced in details of Customer Service and Service Adviser programs and able to train Customer Service Officers and Service Advisers in complete.
- service process cycle (Appointment, Greeting, Consulting, Job Allocation, Diagnosis, Customer’s Approval, Vehicle Service, Quality Check, Vehicle Delivering, Follow Up).
- Devise and monitor action plans to provide customers with the highest standard of service and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction to sustain customer retention.
- Conduct customers’ surveys to determine steps to be taken to improve our customer satisfaction level
- Ensure customer service reports are completed on time and in a professional manner.
- identify and develop training needs for Service Advisers, Head of Workshop and Customer Service Officers.
- Facilitate and conduct meetings, Service Adviser/Customer Service Training and deliver reports to management.
- Evaluate Customer Service reports prepared by Customer Service Officers, Service Adviser before sending out these together with summaries and follow up plans to Heads of Workshops and management.
- To ensure all customer complaint and feedback are handled promptly.
- Responsible to work closely with all Heads of Workshops to achieve high quality of service delivery.
- With support from the marketing department , advise and work closely with other members and the local marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand image and boost sales. This includes planning and implementation of sales campaign and promotional activities.
