Undertake as a part of a team (supervised by the kitchen manager or supervisor) to help in any assigned tasks such as:
- Clean and wash all dishes, cups, glasses, fork, knifes etc. and equipment of catering.
- Clean and wash all used equipment by kitchen, pastry and bakery.
- Clean, wash, mob and sweep flours, doors, windows and equipment.
- Move machines and equipment to assist cleaning.
- Empty rubbish bins and clean them.
- Communicate with your colleges and give each other updates about the job.
- Arrange materials and equipment.
