- Create manuals for SOP practices.
- Consult/collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess documentation needs, make documentation recommendations, and generate accurate, well-composed and consistently formatted hard copy documents.
- Coordinate with all departments involved in procedures and procedure submission / approval
- Assist departmental and cross-departmental teams by writing policies, processes and/or procedures based on existing documentation and/or interviews with subject matter experts.
- Assist process owners in writing documents and capture end-to-end process flows, ensure accuracy of processes documented.
- Suggest measures for improvements in existing SOPs and accordingly revise them with approval from Head of Department.
- Establish and maintain a documentation review/revision process.
- Maintain a high level of quality, clarity and consistency for all documents. Ensure documentation follows corporate standards.
- Design solutions that solve operational problems or improve current processes.
- This position will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of SOP Compliance
- Ensure there is a trained back up
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently

- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Education and professional requirements: Bachelor degree
- Work experience and requirements: minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Job knowledge: Experience with documentation best practices & formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain information clearly.
- Ability to translate complex technical/business information so it is simple to users.
- Ability to organize & synthesize large amounts of information from various sources.
