Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all of the day to day operations of the branch to sure it runs smoothly
Prepare the training for all the staff member in the branch to work effectively and efficiently
Solve the problem related the branch both internally and externally
Strengthen the customer service and hygiene in the branch
Evaluate the staff working performance
Motivate the good staff and punish the non-performance staff
Ensure the security of the branch (staffs, assets, building, cash…)
Stand as the discipline implementer, self-discipline and leader as example
Organize works to the subordinates
Check, sign, and control all the documents or invoice relate to the branch achieve the budgeted sale and profit through effective and efficient management of the super market
Provide professional Standard level of sale and customers services to customers
Identifiers current and future customer requirements with potential and actual customers
Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining market inventories including merchandising, shopping bag, wrapping paper, visual props, and etc.
Responsible for overall functioning of the market, take care day-to day operation of the store and ensure maximize the sales.
Kept market clean and stocked products properly do not fall off the shelves.
Other duties as assigned by the Management.
