- Check the progress of production in comparison to the plan and handle with abnormality/error (NG).- Can understand production steps & production flows.- Can check the achievement status of production volume and quality level in comparison to the plan.- Can judge abnormality (NG) and implement appropriate countermeasures.- Patrol all production lines and find/improve unsafe behavior & dangerous portion.- Make/Revise Work Procedure Sheet & Operation Manual.- Can understand safety & Quality points.- Can teach and guide operator the work based on procedures.- Can show the good example of work procedures and instruct production staff through actual job.- Improve work procedures of production staff. Have enough knowledge about improvement of production process & work efficiency* Understand TIE basics, QC 7 tools, Manpower management for operation productivity improvement is advantage.
