I.Job Responsibilities:- Answer call professionally and follow up subscriber complaint- Respond to customer inquiries- Handle and resolve customer complaints- Provide customers with product and service information- Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources- Complete a required report in system/send to Team - Leader/Supervisor.
Job Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree (Graduated/under graduated)- Good computer and communication skills- Good Khmer and English both spoken and written Working time:. Shift A: 6:00am-14:00pm. Shift A2: 9:00am-14:00pm (part time). Shift B: 14:00pm-22:00pm. Shift B1:15:00pm-23:00pm. Shift B2:18:00pm-23:00pm (part time) Working Conditions - Working day is six days per week- One day off per week is rotated- Required to work on public holiday with holiday bonus*** If once candidate is selected, she/he is required to joint training from 8:00am-17:00pm for the first working week.
