Job Responsibilities:- Welcoming and treating customers in a most friendly and patient manner- Selling SIM cards, scratch cards, top up and other services- Registering and handling customers’ problems and complains- Checking and filling in relevant documents and data into computer information systems- Performing work in compliance with the corporate procedures and instructions- Ensuring confidentiality of the company data and customer details.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (Graduated/under graduated)- Good computer and communication skills- Good Khmer and English both spoken and written- Skills in customer service- smiling and social to people Job Conditions:- Working shift: . Shift A from 7:30am-3:30pm. Shift B From 12:00pm-20:00pm, 13:00pm-21:00pm, 14:00pm-22:00pm- Working Six days per week, - One Day off per week is rotated- Required to work public holiday with holiday bonus.
